If being at home is making you feel restless or disconnected, yoga may help you to feel more energised and grounded. With this online class we are hoping to provide a safe place for our community to do yoga together.
Instructor Allison will lead a gentle session appropriate for all fitness/experience levels.
To best take advantage of the class, you will need a space on your floor big enough to lie down and a blanket, a yoga mat or a big towel, a tie or dressing gown belt and some kind of block a thick book will do.
How to join?
👋 💻 We will be on the video conference app Zoom.
Register your free space here and you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and password to use on the day and time of the class (you don’t need a Zoom account for this).
If you have a Zoom account, your confirmation email will also include the meeting ID which you can input in Zoom to find us and schedule a reminder.
