Welcome to Maximum K9 Training in Ashford, Kent.

Head trainer Mick Garner specialises in high energy, working and guarding dog breeds. He has 15 years experience training protection dogs for VIPs.

Today, Mick helps dog owners across Kent resolve problematic behavioural issues such as reactivity, hyperactivity, boisterousness and inattention.

We welcome all dog breeds, behaviours and backgrounds. Most of the dogs that come to Mick at at the end of the line – they might have been kicked out of puppy classes, got themselves into a trouble in public or simply are so strong that their owners feel stressed, unhappy and worried 24/7. They’re no fun to walk and their owners feel judged or helpless.

At Maximum K9 Training our goal is simple – to help all dogs and owners have the tools, education and space to learn how to have a well-behaved, happy dog.

If you have ever wondered how the police, military and protection dog trainers work, you have come to the right place.
