Luke

Luke – or the ‘Lukebox’ as he’s affectionately known in the radio world – is a 25-year old from Medway in Kent. A noted ABBA enthusiast, he’s never too far away from the dance floor, providing optimism, light and a good groove in almost every walk of life! Despite growing up to the tune of brilliant 2000’s music, Luke loves jazz, soul and 90’s songs the most.

Best known for hosting a radio show on Hospital Radio Maidstone 5-8pm every Tuesday with his ‘Tuesday Evening Lukebox’ – Luke provides tunes, showbiz news and chatter with just a light smattering of chaotic energy, because why on earth not! His well researched programmes and wealth of musical knowledge have led to many listeners being ever so surprised at the extent of his pinpointed knowledge!

Outside of all things radio, Luke is a full time primary school teacher and educator, but still finds a way to bring ABBA into the classroom, no matter what!
