On Saturday 29th June 2024, OXBO Bankside, the local neighbourhood eatery in award-winning hotel Hilton London Bankside, will be filling the Blank Space of Taylor Swift fans who were unable to get hold of tickets to her Wembley show by hosting a special one-off brunch event with drag queen, TikTok superstar, and die-hard Swiftie, Sophia Stardust.

OXBO Bankside’s renowned weekend brunch offering is turning Taylor’s Version for one day only. From 12:30pm-3:00pm guests will be transported to The Tortured Poets Department, hosted by Sophia Stardust who will be adorned in her best-Taylor-Style.

The party will have everything from live performances of Swift’s top hits, Taylor inspired desserts and decorations, to bingo which will give guests the chance to win from three impressive prizes including, a Wine Not Wednesday for two (two course menu plus 1.5 hours of free-flowing wine), Prosecco Friday for two (three course menu plus 1.5 hours of free-flowing prosecco), or a Gin Masterclass for two (1 hour gin masterclass with The Distillery’s own gin expert).

Alongside this, guests can delight in OXBO Bankside’s Bartenders Buffet which will be full to the brim of Taylor themed bottled cocktails for just 5 extra including the French Blonde with Gin, St-Germain liqueur, Lillet blanc, Grapefruit; Bad Blood with Chilli Vodka, Peach liqueur, Cranberry, Pineapple, Lime; Lavender Haze with Tequila, Blue curaao, Raspberry, Lemonade; and the Champagne problems with Vodka, Espresso, Kahlua, Champagne Syrup.
