Melodifestivalen – The Final – Screening at The Two Brewers in London

Melodifestivalen is one of the biggest Eurovision song contest finders in Europe. The annual song competition held by Swedish public broadcasters in order to find their Eurovision entry. They have produced six winners and twenty four top five placements. Not to mention the careers that the competition has launched. It is estimated that 4 million people watch Melodifestivalen every year over half of Swedens population

A six week competition of non-stop Swedish bangers to find the ultimate Eurovision song contest entrant. Past years have seen Loreen, Mns Zelmerlw, Charlotte Nilsson and, of course, ABBA, crowned and sent to the campfest that is – Eurovision. Melodifestivalen must be doing something right Sweden has notched up six Eurovision wins, more than any other country.

This year’s Melodifestivalen will see Loreen competing once again, hopefully shell make it through the heats to the 11th March Grand final so you can watch her at the Two Brewers, in London. Doors open at 5:45pm.

This will be a live screening of the competition from 7 9pm, with pre-screen hosting and entertainment by Linus Karp, our very own Swedish cabaret star. Linus is the creator of the smash hit, award winning shows How to live a Jellicle life life lessons from the 2019 hit movie musical Cats. and his current sellout smash hit: Diana the untold and untrue story currently on tour.
Linus will provide true Swedish entertainment and translations at key moments of the competition. You, the audience, also get to vote on your favourite to find the Brewersfestivalen winner, then stay and party to all the best Melodifestivalen and Eurovision bangers with DJ James Rawson (Push the Button collective).
